1. Conscientiously implement the company's sales management system and strive to improve its own sales business level;
2. Formulate the department's marketing strategy and achieve the sales goals assigned by the company;
3. Responsible for developing the company's product market, signing marketing contracts, and monitoring customer credit status and corporate operating conditions in real time;
4. Responsible for signing sales contracts with customers and supervising the normal and scheduled performance of contracts;
5. Manage the annual budget and daily reimbursement of marketing expenses to ensure that marketing expenses are controlled within the annual budget;
6. Actively support and complete other work matters assigned by superior leaders.

Qualification:
1. College degree or above, 3-5 years of silicone sales experience;
2. Familiar with silicone industry;
3. Customer resources such as cosmetics, coatings, electronic packaging, construction adhesives, and automotive adhesives;
4. Be familiar with relevant product technical parameters and application scenarios;
5. Be good at market development, have good business negotiation and customer relationship maintenance skills;
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility, and good professional ethics;

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, weekends and legal holidays.
Winter time: 8:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00;
Daylight saving time: 8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:30;
You can go out and visit customers to carry out sales work without working, and come to the headquarters once a month to report.
