1. Carry out workshop production operations in strict accordance with process procedures, operating procedures, and safety management systems, and implement standardized operations to complete daily and every shift production tasks with high quality and quantity.
2. Responsible for starting and stopping production equipment, parameter adjustment, material dosing, system inspection, real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow and other process indicators, and timely adjusting working conditions to ensure stable production operation.
3. Be responsible for daily inspection, simple maintenance, pipeline inspection, equipment cleaning of production equipment, and cooperate with the completion of equipment cleaning and purging, pressure test, tightness test and other pre-driving preparations.
4. Regularly fill in production records, inspection records, and handover ledgers to ensure that the data is authentic, the records are complete, and the handover is clear, and strictly implement the workshop handover system.
5. Cooperate with the quality inspection position to complete sampling and inspection work, track product quality, and promptly provide feedback on production abnormalities, material fluctuations, equipment failures and safety hazards.
6. Be proficient in job safety operation procedures, fire-fighting equipment, and emergency response procedures, strictly implement safety production requirements, eliminate illegal operations, and participate in workshop safety rectification and PSSR driving inspection.
7. Be responsible for 6S on-site management of the job area, keep equipment, ground, pipelines, and operation desks clean and orderly, and maintain a standardized production environment in the workshop.
8. Strictly implement various management systems and job operating procedures in the workshop, cooperate with the workshop to complete technical transformation, debugging, trial production, device start-up and final acceptance, and complete other tasks assigned by leaders
job requirements
1. The age requirement is under 45 years old, with high school education or above;2. 1-3 chemical plant operating experience is preferred;
3. Be healthy, have no occupational contraindications, have a strong sense of responsibility, obey management, endure hardship and hard work, and have good safety awareness, quality awareness and teamwork ability;
4. Be able to adapt to factory regulations, obey workshop scheduling and job deployment, and have no bad employment records.
