1. Responsible for the marketing and sales of MQ silicone resin products, and developing new customer resources in the chemical and new materials fields;
2. In-depth analysis of customer process needs, provide product selection plans and technical application guidance, and promote order conversion;
3. Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly return visits and collect market feedback, and coordinate and solve after-sales technical problems;
4. Track industry policies and competitive product dynamics, formulate regional sales strategies, and ensure that annual sales targets are achieved;
5. Collaborate with the technical department to complete full-process commercial work such as sample testing, project delivery and contract negotiation.

Job requirements:
1. Technical secondary school degree or above, major in chemical engineering, polymer materials or marketing is preferred;
2. Have more than 2 years of sales experience in silicone or fine chemical products, and be familiar with MQ resin application scenarios;
3. Be proficient in market rules of the chemical industry, and have good customer resource accumulation and business negotiation capabilities;
4. Have strong stress resistance and data analysis capabilities, and be able to adapt to short-term business trips and flexible work arrangements;
